How to place an order?

Choose the model you want. We offer you different search options:

Quick selection of models according to your criteria: Enter the keywords of your search (color, size, price, etc.) or use the numerous filters at your disposal.

Search:

Visit the universes according to your tastes and discover the brands that go with your style.

Select your favorite brand: discover the "trend" models of the moment in the space dedicated to each brand.

Discover the best sales made in our online store. Is your choice made? Choose your size in the model article tab and "add" to your basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on "place an order" and let yourself be guided through the four stages of the order process:

Delivery information: See the summary of your order as well as the delivery address.

Payment Information: Choose the mode of payment and delivery as well as the billing address. Leave us your comment.

Confirm: enter the data for the payment.

End: You have completed the purchase process. You will receive an email with the order number and the recapitulative.

When do I know if my order has been correctly made?

After you have validated your order online, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. Always follow your status from the "My Orders" section within your Spartoo.co.uk account. We confirm by email the different stages of sending your order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a link to track it.

Click on the link to access the carrier page so you can know what status your shipment is in and when it will be delivered to you.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

The packages sent by us have a code to be able to follow up. We send you an email with a link when your order leaves to allow you to follow the same. The first stage to be able to have information regarding delivery, is to inform you through this link sent by email.

- If your package is in the process of delivery of the deadline: we ask you to wait until the delivery of your package. If your package is in the office, in the case of delivery with Mail, you will have to scroll to pick up your package.

- If the status of your package is not in the process of delivery or if we are outside the maximum guaranteed period, contact us.

How to find my email and password?

If you have forgotten the password that allows you to identify yourself, click on "My account", located at the top of the home page, on the right, and then click on «Forgot your password?». A new one will automatically be sent to your email address.

Can I keep my basket from one visit to another?

Have you made your choice and do not want to validate the purchase yet? No problem! If the product is still available, you will find your basket and items selected during your next visit.

What are the possibilities to return my order?

The following information applies to all products EXCEPT the "partner products".

The "partner products" have their own conditions of delivery and return (which are specified in the product sheet).

All items purchased in our online store may be subject to change or refund. The deadline for requesting a change or return is 30 days from receipt of the order. The return of the article or articles must be done imperatively as follows:

- Items must never have been used outdoors. The product must be new.

- The items must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (shoe box not deteriorated) and inside a correctly closed box.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.

- It is important to follow the return process, in which the first step is to make a return request from the customer account.
